CLASS FORMATS
You deserve workouts that make you feel great. Our classes build functional strength so your body is balanced, resilient, and pain-free — both during your workouts and throughout your life.
Align
Build core strength and improve alignment, balance, and flexibility with Align. This proprietary combination of yoga, Pilates, barre, and physical therapy teaches you to move better so you feel better. Ranging from 30-45 minutes, requires minimal equipment, works for every body. Available LIVE Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday or anytime in the on-demand library.
WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface like a chair or countertop for balance. Optional equipment are light hand weights, a yoga block, a squishy ball, a Theraband, and loop bands.
Build
Lift heavy. Get stronger. Stay safe. Build combines progressive overload training with alignment-focused coaching to build muscle, strengthen bones, and boost metabolism. No guessing, no random workouts—just a thoughtful plan that actually works. These 30-45 minute classes 3x per week will change your life. Available Tuesdays and Thursdays LIVE with a Saturday email drop for members, or find all Build workouts in the on-demand library.
WHAT YOU NEED: A variety of heavier weights, stable surface, mat or soft surface, ball, block, loop bands, a Theraband and sometimes massage balls.
Mashup
Get everything in one FUNctional and innovative class. Mashup’s blend of strength, cardio, and mobility (aka rolling) combines everything you love about Alkalign into one engaging session. Every class is different, every class leaves you feeling energized. Classes are 45 minutes, LIVE on Mondays or anytime in the on-demand library.
WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface for balance, light hand weights, yoga block, massage balls, a squishy ball, a Theraband, and a loop band. Depending on what is taught, you could be using a variety of props for class.
Cardio
Boost your heart health without accelerating wear and tear on your joints. This high-energy, low-impact class elevates heart rate and endorphins alike. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is proven to improve cardiovascular health while building strength and endurance. We alternate between HIIT, Technique, and Endurance formats to challenge both your brain and body. All it takes is 30 minutes. Join LIVE on Friday mornings, or access 100+ Cardio classes anytime on-demand.
WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface, a stable surface, and a yoga block. Light weights, loop bands and a squishy ball are sometimes used.
Align101
Nail the fundamentals so you can practice with precision! Align101 is only available on-demand in the Align and Intro to Alkalign library. This format teaches you the concepts that make Alkalign uniquely safe and effective.
We teach fewer variations, hone technique, and educate on proper alignment to help you improve your practice, whether you’re new or experienced. Target your glutes, legs, arms, and core at a slower pace for amazing physical and mental results.
WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface to kneel and lie down on, a stable surface like a chair or countertop for balance, light hand weights, yoga block, squishy ball, loop bands, and a Theraband.
Recharge: Mobility & Recovery
Recharge your body, recharge yourself. This myofascial-release practice uses massage therapy balls to release tension, increase mobility, and offset wear and tear from everything you do in life. It's been said that rolling "is like WD-40 for your body"—it helps everything move and feel better. A little goes a long way.
Recharge sequences can be found in your on-demand library, in every Mashup45 class, and are occasionally incorporated into Build classes. We highly recommend you roll regularly on your own.
WHAT YOU NEED: Mat or soft surface, massage therapy balls (we recommend Tune Up Fitness in Small, Plus, and Alpha) as well as other supportive props like the block, squishy ball, chair, stool, and wall.
