Alkalign Retreat at Rancho La Puerta
October 3 - 10, 2026
Would you like to Alkalign in person at a beautiful wellness resort and spa? We are excited to announce our fall retreat week at Rancho La Puerta, just 1 hour from San Diego.
Discover your best self at Rancho La Puerta, set in the foothills of Mount Kuchumaa. Enjoy 40 miles of hiking trails, world-class fitness classes—including Align, Cardio and Build classes—farm-to-table dining, spa treatments, and wellness activities ranging from sound bath to art. Or rest and relax at one of the many pools, hammocks, wine or juice bars.
Now is a great time to plan a week (a limited number of 3 or 4-day villas are available) of R&R at one of the world's best resorts and spas. Grab a few friends, your spouse, or sister, and plan on a transformative health experience. Want to go solo or need a roomie? We can help with that, too! A 4-day stay at Rancho La Puerta is basically a choose-your-own-adventure wellness week. There isn’t one fixed itinerary—you build each day from a menu of hikes, yoga, strength classes, cooking, spa time, lectures, art, and downtime. Most people do early movement + healthy meals + midday rest/spa + afternoon classes + communal dinner + evening talk/music.
You can find the current Events Calendar, Activities, Workshops, Spa and Dining Experiences HERE.
